Although we offer the finest products, the latest services, and state-of-the-art
technology, we feel our greatest asset is our ability to listen. Many
of our patients are surprised by this, particularly when Dr. Sciantarelli
examines their mouth, makes a suggestion, and then asks, “What
would you like to do?”
We know you come to our practice for certain reasons and we honor your
trust in us by listening and taking the time to get to know you,
and by respecting your time. We think your time is just as important as ours so we promise to be on time with our appointments. You will not sit in our reception room for 15-30 minutes waiting on us!
Patients
comment that members of our team seem like old friends and they
hate to leave when their appointment is done. If you would like to meet
our staff, you can learn a little about us by reading our profiles below.

Having been in the professional for 17 years, Raquel Pena-Lopez is a registered dental hygienist with the practice. Having received her Associates Degree from Del Mar College in 1994 with an emphasis in Applied Science, Raquel has been with the practice two years.
The best part of the job for her is seeing the end results of a patient’s compliance to dental treatments, as they improve their overall oral health. She believes a good team of professionals makes a good practice, something she sees in effect here.
When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband Danny, whom she has been married to for 18 years.
